How does the deposit work?

You choose 20%, 50% or full payment at checkout. The deposit holds your date immediately; the balance is collected before the tour with a secure link.

When is the balance due?

Seven days before your tour date by default. You will get an email with a secure Stripe link — nothing is charged automatically.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Full refund 72 hours or more before the tour, 50% between 72 and 48 hours, no refund under 48 hours. Details are on our booking terms page.

Where do you pick up?

Anywhere across Montego Bay, Negril, Ocho Rios, Runaway Bay, Falmouth and Hanover — hotels, villas and Airbnb stays. Tell us where you are staying when you book and we confirm the pickup window.

What should I bring?

Passport or ID, water shoes for waterfall days, sunscreen, a towel, and cash for lunch or tips if you like. We handle the rest, including water on board.

What happens if it rains?

Jamaica weather moves fast. Most tours run in light rain; if conditions are unsafe we will offer to move your date or refund you in full.
