Booking terms

These are the terms in plain language. When you book, the confirmation email repeats them, and that confirmation is your contract with us.

Deposits and balance

• You choose at checkout: pay 20%, 50%, or in full.
• The remaining balance is due before your tour — we email you a secure payment link ahead of the date.
• Prices are in US dollars and include the private driver and transportation.

Cancellations and refunds

• 72 hours or more before your tour: full refund of what you have paid.
• Between 72 and 48 hours: 50% refund.
• Under 48 hours: the deposit is non-refundable; we can often move your date instead — just ask.

Refunds go back to your original payment method. If we ever have to cancel a tour ourselves, you are refunded in full, always.

Pickups and your day

We confirm your pickup window before the tour. Please be ready at the agreed spot; we will wait a reasonable time, but a late start can shorten the day. Weather can change plans on the water — safety decisions are always the captain's and the driver's.

Payments

Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see your card details, and nothing is charged without you confirming it on the payment page.
